The Healthcare Information Management Outsourcing Association of the Philippines (HIMOAP) is proud to present the HIMS Conference 2014 (formerly known as HIMOSC or Healthcare Information Management Outsourcing Services Congress) with the theme “Philippine HIM Services: Trailblazing to Global Leadership” to be held on August 28, 2014 at The Peninsula Manila, Makati City.
Healthcare BPO Market is projected to be worth around $200 Billion by 2018 according to US-based global market research companies, and clearly the Philippines has barely scratch the surface even with the impressive growth of the HIMS sector for the year 2013, i.e., 114% in revenue and 47% in employment. Understanding the dynamic forces driving the rapid growth of all healthcare segments and the complex requirements to meet the changing demands in the light of emerging technologies and new policies is essential in formulating relevant company strategies to ensure significant share of the market.
On that account, HIMS’s Conference 2014 was designed to deliver cutting-edge technology trends (cloud computing, mobility, social, big data and security), new growth opportunities, strategies on better productivity and leads to the development of new innovative business models, which are critical components to move up the value chain. The plenary will feature keynote presentations from industry and domain experts; extensive panel discussions among top industry executives from around the region; and in addition, a comprehensive career orientation program which will run in parallel with the main conference.
