Required skills:

• basic concepts and principles of TCP/IP understanding
• working experience with Call Centers, CRM or Service Desk systems
• project documentation development experience
• sociability, high self-organization
• willingness to make regular business trips

Desirable skills:

• working experience on Linux (advanced user level)
• minimum programming skills in high-level languages
