Noda Contact Center solution is the best Product of 2012
The 2012 International Call Center World Forum (CCWF 2012) exhibition winners have just been announced. Noda Contact Center solution is "The best Product of the year for call centers in Eastern Europe and Central Asia".
The award is dedicated to a redundant and functional solution which is able to handle a large flow of phone calls. The jury regarded the advanced technologies which been implemented in a product, the cases of its successful implementation and product development. According to nomination's rules the vendor of winner-product should have a wide experience in providing service for its partners. Further administration, technical support and a quality of customer service were also taken into account.
