This year Noda Interaction Platforms participated in the ICCCE 2012, one of the most comprehensive events in the world for BPO professionals. More than 3,000 ICCCE attendees were able to visit Noda booth and get the latest information about all-in-one Noda Contact Center solution for the automation of the contact centers.
We thank all ICCCE attendees who showed an interest in Noda's CEO Andrey Zaitsev and Director General Kirill Varlamov speeches on the most challenging technologies facing problems of contact centers. Andrey Zaitsev presented the main features of Noda Contact Center solution on Solution track.
During Operations track Kirill Varlamov told about Noda's cases which lead o success of contact centers. The ICCCE audience showed a huge interest to the Noda's first automated software solution for the visually impaired agents implemented in the large call center in Moscow.
