Cebu Is The Second Largest BPO Hub In The Philippines
On August 27, 2013, Noda Interaction Platforms held a roundtable meeting with the Cebuano call centers' CEOs and IT Managers to share the latest trends in the region's BPO industry.
The business breakfast was held at the Waterfront Hotel Cebu for the local community and attracted participants from more than a dozen companies, including representatives from the biggest contact centers in the region and the Cebu Educational Development Foundation for Information Technology.
Important: Cebu is the second largest BPO hub in the Philippines with about 95,000 employees. According to CCAP there are close to 91 call center companies in Cebu.
The topics discussed at the breakfast included the effects of the BPO industry's rapid growth on the competitiveness of call centers. During the meeting Andrey Zaitsev, Noda CEO, and Slava Varlamov, country manager, shared their unique experience creation major call centers and how Noda Contact Center can facilitate and maximize a call center’s efficiency.
