Noda Interaction Platforms won the professional contest Crystal Headset® at the CCG Call Center Awards 2014 in the category Partner of the Year for Deployment and Integration. The ceremonial presentation of the prestigious award to the best of the best in the contact center industry was held on March 18 as part of the CCWF 2014 industry forum.
Noda’s victory in the vendor category was brought about by its complex automation project for Moldtelecom, a national communications provider from the Republic of Moldova. This is one of the outstanding projects implemented on the basis of Noda Contact Center last year. Noda rolled out this large-scale project in several stages in partnership with DAAC System Integrator.
Two hundred workstations have been automated within this project. The contact center supports the operation of up to 1,400 lines simultaneously. Its software platform is tightly integrated with over 10 information systems; it uses a unified agent workstation, and the platform’s interface is translated into Romanian. These and other tasks accomplished as part of the project took the Moldtelecom contact center to a brand new level and were included in the contest material that Noda presented to the jury.
Along with Noda, some of its clients — call centers that use Noda Contact Center— also won in the contest: a Tyumen Oblast call center in the category Best Center for Servicing the Public in Governmental Authorities and in the Sector of Housing and Communal Services, and Astra Page (with its Telecard project) in the category Best Outsourcing Partner.
One hundred forty-three finalists in 29 categories competed for the jubilee award, while the contest jury included over 70 practicing industry experts.
Noda Contact Center is the company’s own all-in-one (C++, Java) IP solution. Today more than 300 contact centers exploit Noda’s solution, among which are MTS, AVIVA, EFES, Amadeus, Karcher, and Zepter International. Noda received the “Best Product of 2012 for Сall Сenters in Eastern Europe and Central Asia" award at CCWF 2012.
