On his first day in Moscow Jess met the staff of the Noda Interaction Platforms branch in Moscow in addition to key specialists before making a group visit with them to see clients in Smolensk, where he had a chance to make a visit to GRAN and New Contact major contact centers, on the next day. Both centers succeed in business with Noda Contact Center solution.
Noda's clients from New Contact and GRAN arranged a special excursion for the Philippine manager to their contact centers, showing where agents and supervisors work as well as offering glowing reports on their experience with NCC. In particular, the clients pointed to the stability NCC provides and the wide range of possibilities for integrating our solution with third-party apps. As they mentioned, Noda’s tech support for NCC plays a key role in the success of GRAN and New Contact.
Jess Gaerlan also took the opportunity to visit the Philippine Embassy in Russia (Moscow), where he met with the diplomatic mission. Later on, he was headed to Yekaterinburg, where he introduced himself to Noda's colleagues in the Urals.
