Noda participated in the Contact Center Summit held in Nashville, TN, during which Noda Contact Center enjoyed a warm reception by demanding specialists from leading companies. The software was put through its paces for banks, insurance companies, collection agencies, hiring agencies, and government organizations. Particular attention was paid to prompter mode, screen recording, and quality management.
The forum was held on April 20 & 21, 2015. The special format of pre-scheduled meetings between vendor representatives and customers meant that the Noda sales team was able to meet with more than 20 customers and arrange several presales meetings.
