NODA, Russia’s leading developer of software for contact centers, signed a partnership agreement with CROC, a leader in the Russian system and network integration market. The partnership includes plans for joint work implementing NODA software across Russia.
Noda Contact Center has proven successful in competition with leading western platforms for contact center automation in the Russian market. According to RBK reports in 2014 and 2015, the program has outpaced the competition in terms of installations in the Russian outsourcing contact center market. In 2015 it was the first Russian program to ever be included in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Contact Center Infrastructure, Worldwide, doing so as an honorable mention. Russian system integrators have been showing more interest in the leading Russian platform, seeing it as a full-fledged alternative to expensive western products. NODA, in turn has seen growth in its stable of partners occupying prominent positions at the top of Russian IT company rankings. CROC’s new partnership agreement with NODA will drive infrastructure costs lower for its contact center clients.
Noda Contact Center is different in that it in one fell swoop it takes care of all the issues facing contact centers: managing inbound and outbound calls, automated calling, IVR, conversation scripts, surveys, workforce management, quality management, and omni channel, or personal service for clients across different channels. The program also distinguishes itself from foreign competitors by moving into the open source world. All those features are what makes it particularly attractive for clients looking to streamline their IT infrastructure.
CROC has been creating call processing centers and offering cloud-based contact center rental services using its virtual data center for more than ten years. Two weeks were spent leveraging that data center to put Noda Contact Center through its paces, and the results proved the platform’s reliability and capacity.
Andrey Zaytsev, NODA CEO:
“We are excited to work with CROC, a strong player with extensive experience under its belt building cutting-edge call processing centers of all levels of complexity, and it is particularly good news that our partnership began bearing fruit in the form of actual projects almost immediately. I am sure that NODA products will occupy a prominent place among CROC’s line of solutions and drive equally fast and high-quality business-oriented offerings that are perfect for what our clients need.”
CROC was founded in 1992 and, according to IDC reports, since 2002 has been among the leaders of the IT market for system and network integration services as well as other IT services.
