The NODA product, its technology, and its projects all won awards at Crystal Headset®, an industry conference for the best of the best, at the 2015/2016 conference:
- Noda Workforce Management, a product predicting workloads for contact centers, as implemented at GRAN, an outsourcing call center (Best Technology Application, Product of the Year)
- A project implementing Noda Contact Center at Mosenergosbyt, one of Russia’s largest energy retail companies (Implementation and Integration Partner of the Year)
In 2016 Crystal Headsets® were awarded by Call Center Guru, a professional society, to the best of the best in the contact center industry (products, projects, figures, teams, companies) for the twelfth time. The competition saw 270 nominees representing more than 100 contact center facilities in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Belarus.
The Crystal Headset® is a competition put on by Call Center Guru, a professional society, with the support of the National Association and Guild of Contact Center Managers. Crystal Headsets® have a storied history and have been given to the best of the best in the contact center industry since 2005. In the past three years the competition has become the most prestigious in the industry, with its awards recognized around the world. Winners earn the right to represent Russia at international competitions.
