Members of the contest Jury are experienced professionals responsible for client services in European banks, telecom companies, and retail chains, as well as representatives of professional associations, such as European Confederation of Contact Centre Organisations и Chartered Institute of Marketing, Gartner research company, etc.
In 2017, companies are competing in 25 nominations. Noda has submitted two of its projects to the “Best Application of Technology” nomination:
The first round of voting was carried out online. The judges assessed each case for its business benefits, improvements in client experience, and correspondence to the world’s best practices.
In the case of GRAN, the main aim was to reduce the payroll budget, cut the man-hours spent on putting together work schedules, create a friendly app for operators, and develop the product hand in hand with the customer’s business. The main focus in the case of Petrovich Trading House was to introduce new channels of interaction with the clients: web chats, e-mail and text messaging services, as well as to implement an IVR-payment service. Besides, the contact center was to become one of the company’s main sales channels.
The next round of voting will be held onsite, on September 19. Noda representatives have been invited to London to present the projects entered for competition. The project presentation procedure includes answering the Jury’s questions.
The ECCCSA2017 Awards Ceremony and Dinner will take place on November 28 in Battersea Evolution – an event venue situated in one of London’s most picturesque parks
Mikhail Chereshnev, chief business officer at Nоda
“The fact that our projects have been included in the short list of ECCCSA2017 is a welcome, though not entirely unforeseen result. Every year, Noda makes it to the finals of the Crystal Headset@ Russian Awards, having won it multiple times in all vendors’ nominations: Product of the Year, Best Product, Best Technology Implementation, Best Integration and Implementation Partner. We develop state-of-the-art projects, apply cutting-edge technologies and are good at telling the market about them. This makes our brand well-known both within and outside Russia. For three years running, Noda products have been mentioned in the Gartner Report: Magic Quadrant for Contact Center Infrastructure, Worldwide. We are actively developing partnership networks in all the world’s regions, including Europe. Our participation in ECCCSA2017 is an important milestone on our way to building up partnerships with potential clients on the global market.“
