In 2018, NODA entered the contest with as many as three projects:
- Noda Omni-Channel, designed for rendering multichannel services to clients; the product was implemented at the Petrovich Trading House and nominated for 'Best Technology Implementation / Product of the Year."
- Noda WFM was installed at Fasten, an international transportation network company, and features in "Partner of the Year, Implementation and Integration" nomination.
- Noda Contact Center platform was used in the ERA GLONASS project, and was nominated for "Partner of the Year, Implementation and Integration" category.
After the first elimination round, all these cases have received the necessary number of votes, and made it to the finals. The jury assessed the project's impact on business, improvements they bring to client experience, degree of innovation, and other parameters
NODA projects were bound to succeed in the first tour - two of them had already won recongition in other professional competitions. The Noda Omni-Channel project for Petrovich Trading Company was included into the shortlist of European Contact Center and Customer Service Awards, and the 112 Emergency Contact Center commissioned by ERA GLONASS became Best Innovative Project of National Importance at the Project of the Year by Global CIO.
The finalists were announced during a live webcast on the Call Center Guru portal on February 12, 2018.
"Every year, our project get various professional awards, " says Andrey Zaitsev, Director of Contact Center Department at NODA. "After we expanded our product line, reinforcing it with Noda WFM, Noda Omni-Channel, and Noda RPA (our new product for creating robotic services), we started running even more interesting projects than before. This explains why we are so widely represented at the Crystal Headset."
Now the finalists will compete in the second, final round, which will determine the winners. The awards ceremony will be held on March 21, 2018 at the Holiday Inn Sokolniki.
