In 2018, contact center management solutions by NODA for the first time were showcased at the leading event for call center business in Europe, Call Center World 2018. This prominent European customer service event has been held in Berlin for 20 years. CCW 2018, which was took place from February 26 to March 1, drew over 8,000 participants from European countries, and included a four-day conference and a large-scale exhibition of innovative technologies.
NODA solutions were presented at CCW 2018 by the company's German partner, SoftBCom Berlin GmbH, which specializes in design and implementation of communication solutions in German-speaking countries of Western Europe: Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and Belgium. The company employs German engineers and managers, who have at their fingertips both the technologies, and the ins and outs of the Western European market.
SoftBComBerlin GmbH’s stand featured two NODA products: Noda Contact Center, an all-in-one contact center management solution, and Noda WFM, a workforce management platform that can be integrated with Noda Contact Center software and other communication platforms, or can be used separately. These products have been localized and have a German interface. Visitors to the exhibition could get acquainted with NODA technologies in a Live Demo format, watching real-time demonstrations of the system's operating model.
