NODA has made it to the finals of the North American CCW Excellence Awards 2018 in the Workforce Optimization Provider of the Year nomination. In its contest application, NODA described its Noda Workforce Management product, including the results of the WFM projects already implemented. In 2016, Noda WFM won the Crystal Headset award in Product of the Year nomination, and in 2017 the project of implementing Noda WFM for GRAN Contact Center made it to the finals of the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA).
The CCW Excellence Awards is an annual ceremony held within the framework of the Customer Contact Week (CCW) - a major North American event in the contact center and CX industry. The history of CCW began in 1999. The organizers aspired to provide contact center managers with a friendly environment for discussing best practices of agent training, new technologies, ways of raising efficiency and quality, cutting costs, and setting priorities in customer service.
Today, Customer Contact Week is a customer contact event series, offline included, held in New Orleans, Las Vegas and Austin, and gathering more than 3,000 attendees annually
The winners of CCW Excellence Awards will be announced at the Awards Gala on June 19, 2018 in Las Vegas, USA.
