NODA took part in CCW Excellence Awards 2018 with its Noda WFM product, submitting its detailed description, as well as the results of its practical implementation.
In 2016, Noda WFM won the Crystal Headset award in Product of the Year nomination, and in 2017 the project of implementing Noda WFM at the GRAN contact center made it to the finals of the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA).

The CCW Excellence Awards is an annual ceremony held within the framework of the Customer Contact Week (CCW) - a major North American event in the contact center and CX industry. The history of CCW began in 1999. The organizers aspired to provide contact center managers with a friendly environment for discussing best practices of agent training, new technologies, ways of raising efficiency and quality, cutting costs, and setting priorities in customer service. Today, Customer Contact Week is a customer contact event series, offline included, held in New Orleans, Las Vegas and Austin and gathering more than 3,000 attendees annually.
