Allsoft Ecommerce improves its customer service with new Noda Contact Center software

Allsoft Ecommerce, the billing services provider owned by Softline Group, has successfully cut over to the new version of the Noda Contact Center platform.

For over 10 years, Allsoft Ecommerce, which helps software developers to sell their products through its online store and from their websites, has been using NODA products to run its Contact Center.

The new version of Noda Contact Center features new tools that were absence from previous releases, and is to improve the quality and usability of Allsoft’s customer service. For instance, customers can now call the Allsoft contact center directly from the online store’s website. The calls can be made via a web-browser or any mobile devices.

Besides, the new version of Noda Contact Center has provided Allsoft with new agent scripting functions. Conversation scripts contain all the information needed to handle a call. The data uploaded into a customer case file by agents is saved in the system database to be later used in reporting and analysis.

The contact center was more closely integrated with the CRM system where all customer histories are stored. Now all the external information the agent refers when handling a call is accessible in a single working window.

In the near future, Allsoft Ecommerce is planning to introduce Noda Omni-channel module and start providing services through popular digital channels.
