In January 2019, NODA's Russian Post project was named Project of the Year in the Artificial Intelligence category by Global CIO.
The ContactCenterWorld Jury comprises over 50 leading world contact center and customer experience experts who evaluate projects on the basis of their innovative value, as well as their impact on customer experience and the company’s operational efficiency. The winners of regional contests for Europe, Middle East and Africa will be announced on June 24-27 2019 in Vienna, where 35 awards in various nominations will be presented. The results of the Global Contest will be announced on December 2-6 at the World ContactCenterWorld Conference in Barcelona.
