Leading Russian software solutions provider for contact centers Noda Interaction Platforms has recently signed a partnership agreement with Nesic Philippines Inc. system integrator. This new relationship allows Nesic to maximize incremental growth in the Noda Contact Center solution segments.

The partnership aims to strengthen Noda’s positioning in the local market - given the booming outsourcing contact centers in the Philippines and achieve its goal of automating the contact centers in the country with its next generation solution Noda Contact Center.
